Hugo is moving into the next phase! The early startup period is done, the product has been built and the first 100 clients are already using the system! This is the moment we need you, an eager and greedy (inside) sales person! A person that likes the startup mentality, is up to speed with modern online sales techniques but of course also the good old fashioned ‘pick up the phone and start calling’ techniques! Are you hungry for a challenge, highly motivated, do you like to work under pressure at a fast pace, are you target driven, flexible and quickly able to adapt to any situation with an unstoppable passion for Sales and Technology, then you are the one!
Hugo is looking for an Inside Sales Representative!
It will be your responsibility to sell Hugo's software to prospects in Europe and the USA and to build up a lasting relationship with Hugo's clients. In a broader perspective, you are Hugo's eyes and ears within the market and you identify ways on how to utilize commercial opportunities while always maintaining Hugo’s brand standards.
You are a pro-active team player and self-starter, you work in a structured way and are precise. You are a quick learner and love to work under pressure in an enthusiastic team. Fluent verbal and written English and Dutch communication skills are essential.
Next to that
- You love Account Management and Sales!
- You speak Dutch (this is a must)
- You hunt for new leads by being pro-active; you pick up the phone and start dialing
- You continuously develop your sales skills, market understanding and product knowledge
- You know how to nurture leads and how to turn them into paying customers
- You provide input and feedback to the Marketing guys on the quality of lead generation activities and you suggest opportunities to improve these activities and overall results
- You know (the basics of) online marketing/advertising
- You work in a structured way (especially in terms of keeping track of your actions within our CRM system)
- You love ABC: ' Always Be Closing!'
